Booking your first consultation
When you contact Alma Vitae, you do not enter an automated system.Each request is reviewed individually, assessing your real needs and the information provided.We will contact you respecting your timing and guide you on how to prepare for the consultation so that the meeting is truly useful and meaningful.
Below are the stages our professionals follow from the very first contact.

Initial contact
You can contact us through the available channels listed at the bottom of the page (section Contact): WhatsApp, Viber, email, or phone.Once we receive your message, we will reply within 48 hours to provide you with more information and assess whether we can help in your case.

Preparation for the First Consultation
If we determine that we can accompany you, we will explain what we need in order to prepare your first consultation. You will receive password-protected access to a confidential form that we will ask you to complete at your own pace.This form allows us to gather relevant information about your general health, habits, lifestyle, and any concerns or symptoms you wish to address, in order to carry out an accurate assessment and ensure maximum personalization of your program.If necessary, we may request a recent laboratory analysis. We will always agree with you on a secure and confidential channel for its submission, with your explicit consent.

First Consultation (In-Person or Online)
Once we have received all the information, we will review it within 48 hours and contact you to schedule the date and format of the consultation.
During the session, we will:
  • Analyze your current situation, symptoms, and, if applicable, your lab results.
  • Review in depth the information from the form.
  • Define the most appropriate therapeutic approach for your case.
  • Present your personalized program and agree on the practical details for starting.

Program Design and Start
Once the program is accepted, we proceed with its design, activation, and delivery.At this stage, the first phase of the process begins, with an average duration of 4 to 8 weeks, always adjusted to your individual needs and objectives.

Ongoing support and adjustments
Throughout the process, we carry out weekly follow-up reviews to assess your progress.
The program is adjusted according to your response, questions are addressed, and guidelines are refined whenever necessary.Our goal is to provide continuous, flexible, and reliable guidance, focused on real progress and results that can be maintained over time.

Phase-by-Phase Progression
Once the objectives of each phase have been achieved, assessed through measurable indicators such as improvement of initial symptoms, follow-up biomarkers, functional laboratory parameters, and quality of life, we progressively move on to the next phase until completing the program designed for you.

We have chosen to work with a limited number of people in order to provide the level of care and quality this process requires.We do not work by volume, but through dedication, thorough analysis, and real follow-up.When our active patient capacity is full, new requests are placed on a waiting list.Everyone who contacts us receives a personal response within a maximum of 48 hours.We do not use automated messages — all communication is human and personalized.This approach allows us to care for each process with the time, attention, and depth it truly deserves.
